most small cons only consist of vendors, and in the economy no one will be able to buy stuff. Interaction is what we want. Con games, an experience we don’t HAVE to pay for. Annicon was nothing but a massive vendor hall and a few main stage pieces and a dance at the end. We want the dance, but also what about more interact able things? Like show rooms or mini game rooms like dance rooms? Look at any momocon or AWA itinerary and grab some ideas off of that! This is your first con, and you want people to keep coming back to it!

Nah, you either didn’t attend Annicon or didn’t participate in the actual events. Either way, you’re wrong. Every year I went there was a cosplay contest, multiple performers, VAs, the dance, a two different game rooms, and a viewing room for anime.
Just because you didn’t do any of it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Absolutely! Cosplay is encouraged, supported, and the rules are outlined in the attendance guidelines under the legal tab of the website. We are having a contest as well!

it would be really cool to have an idol performance of some sort! Where people could sign up to dance/preform at the con!

I was a vendor, and I had an absolute blast! The great thing about these size shows, is there’s really no AliExpress or temu booths. Such a great turnout, volunteers were volunteering LOL very well managed. A very well curated vendor floor. The event coordinators are what makes these events great in large part! Heavy is the crown that has to choose LOL
